Peneliti pada Perguruan Tinggi Utama atau Host<br /> 1) Host adalah peneliti di salah satu Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Hukum;<br /> 2) Host telah berkualifikasi Doktor (S3);<br /> 3) Host memiliki publikasi di jurnal bereputasi internasional dengan h-index sekurangnya 4 (empat) berdasarkan pangkalan data Scopus&nbsp;(https://www.scopus.com/) untuk kluster sains dan teknologi, atau h-index&nbsp;sekurangnya 3 (tiga) berdasarkan pangkalan data Scopus untuk kluster&nbsp;sosial humaniora;<br /> 4) Host harus memiliki peta jalan riset (roadmap), program riset yang sedang&nbsp;berjalan, fasilitas riset, serta mitra peneliti yang bersedia untuk&nbsp;melaksanakan penelitian (bukan mitra yang hanya dipinjam namanya);<br /> 5) Host harus memiliki 2-3 (dua sampai tiga) mitra dari salah satu Perguruan&nbsp;Tinggi Badan Hukum yang berbeda dan minimal 1 (satu) mitra dari&nbsp;Perguruan Tinggi/Institusi Luar Negeri. Dapat juga melibatkan 1 (satu)&nbsp;peneliti dari BRIN;<br /> 2) Mitra sudah berkualifikasi Doktor (S3);<br /> 3) Mitra harus memiliki program riset yang sedang berjalan (memiliki rekam&nbsp;jejak riset yang jelas di tingkat nasional/regional/internasional) serta&nbsp;fasilitas riset yang tersediauntuk pelaksanaan riset;<br /> 4) Mitra harus telah memenuhi janji&nbsp;output Hibah RKI pada tahun&nbsp;sebelumnya, yaitu sebagai berikut: Minimal berstatus&nbsp;submitted untuk&nbsp;luaran hibah RKI tahun 2024, dan berstatus&nbsp;published untuk hibah&nbsp;RKI/PPKI tahun 2023 dan tahun sebelumnya.</p>
